Does Mr Navarro have a permit to paint that fence? And did he register with the Borough before he began work? And is that environmentally friendly paint he is using? After all, you can see the river from there.
The code enforcement lady has this offense on video at the command center down town. You can rest assured every action has been noted. She will need a tree permit for all the tickets written because of the trees used on these tickets. Who does this guy think he is one of the beautiful people? I've never seen him at the club.
Has that color paint been approved with the Historical Society? Is that brush a true horse hair brush? The Mayor will hear about this! This is an outrage!
Did the Red Bank Green photographer have a permit for that camera he used? How about permission from the great and all knowing FH Council to publish that picture with the Boro street sign in the background. And that grass at the bottom of the fence exceeds the borough lawn maintenance code as well. Field day tomorrow for code enforcement!
