Week of June 26 to July 3, 2009

Criminal Mischief occurring Riverside Ave. between 6-27-09 and 6-28-09. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the windshield wiper arm off of vehicle. Ptl. David Hicks.

Criminal Mischief occurring in Marine Park on 6-28-09. Report of a port-a-john being knocked over on to its side by unknown person(s). Ptl. George Travostino.

Criminal Mischief occurring on Oakland St. on 6-28-09. A Latino male was seen breaking a lamp attached to a restaurant and knocking over temporary stop signs at the intersection and breaking sand bags. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Criminal Mischief occurring in the area of the train station on 6-29-09. Report of driver’s side window and rear window smashed out on parked vehicle. Lt. Richard Mangold.

Theft occurring at Spring St. on 6-29-09. Victim reported that two items are missing from her residence, a silver Movado watch and a Cannon Digital Camera. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Spring St. between 6-26-09 and 6-27-09. Victim reported that unknown person(s) scratched the side of parked vehicle with sharp object.

Criminal Mischief occurring at White Street between 6-2-09 and 6-3-09. Graffiti was spray painted on side of building by unknown person(s). Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Melvin Leggard, age 44, from Red Bank was arrested on 6-27-09 at Shrewsbury Ave and River St for Possession of CDS, Heroin by Ptl.Torres and Ptl. DePonte.

Michael Giackette, age 30 male from Parlin was arrested on 6-26-09 in the area of Gold St. for Disorderly by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Cheryl Selvanto, age 45 female from Toms River was arrested on 6-26-09 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Week of July 3 to July 10, 2009

Burglary occurring at East Front St. residence on 7-4-09. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the basement window and gained entry. Nothing reported missing. Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 7-4-09 at Maple Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) flattened two rear tires on parked vehicle and scratched the passenger side window. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Theft occurring on Alston Court on 7-4-09. Victim reported that his vehicle door was pried open and stolen from car was: wallet and GPS Unit. Ptl. Robert Campanella

Auto Theft occurring on 7-5-09 at S. Bridge Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole his 1997 black Ford Econoline Van from front yard. Van contained work tools. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Theft reported on 7-5-09 but occurred on 7-3-09 at W. Front St. Unknown subject(s) removed a sign which was anchored to a brick wall. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Theft occurring on 7-6-09 at Willow St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a bag of assorted jewelry which was in dresser drawer of bedroom. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Criminal Mischief reported on 7-6-09 but occurring on 7-2-09 at Broad St. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) broke window and spray painted graffiti onto the building. Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Criminal Mischief reported on 7-6-09 but occurring between 7-3-09 and 7-4-09 at Branch Avenue. Victim reported that unknown person broke window of residence. Sgt. Frank Bitsko.

Theft occurring at Broad St. on 7-9-09. Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed credit card and debit card from purse and used same. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Theft occurring at East Front St office on 7-9-09. Victim reported that his wallet was stolen while at the above address. Wallet contained cash, credit cards, debit cards and I.D. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.
