TRIO WITH GUN, BATS SOUGHT IN MUGGING

rbpd-carThe crime reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the week of July 30 to August 6, 2010. The information appears here unedited.

Theft occurring between the dates of 7-28-10 and 7-30-10 at South St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered parked vehicle and stole two Garmin GPS Units, clothing, tools, Swiss army knife. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Robbery occurring on 7-31-10 in the area of W. Bergen Place. Victim reported three black males approx. 20 to 25, two carrying baseball bats and one carrying a gun approached him from behind while he was walking. One accused grabbed him around the neck and the other two began striking the victim with the baseball bats, demanding money. The subjects stole cash and a Verizon Cell Phone and then fled the area in a vehicle. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Theft occurring on 7-31-10 at Garfield Place. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) entered parked vehicle rummaged through same then took a cell phone charger and compact disk which was discarded onto the lawn. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Theft occurring on 8-1-10 at Boat Club Court. Victim reported that a wallet was stolen from her purse which contained cash and DL. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Burglary, theft occurring between 7-24-10 and 8-1-10 at W. Sunset Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered residence and took several items. Stolen were four gold necklaces bearing several charms, wooden jewelry box containing gold chains and a social security card.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Broad St. between 7-31-10 and 8-2-10. Owner reported that unknown person(s) threw a rock through storefront window, breaking pane of glass. Ptl. Heather Pubylski

Criminal mischief occurring on Peters Place on 8-1-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) slashed her tire on parked vehicle. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Burglary occurring at Newman Springs Road residence on 8-2-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) gained entry through rear door by smashing out a pane of glass. Camera equipment and jewelry were stolen. Ptl. Michael Campanella. Capt. Darren McConnell.

Criminal mischief occurring on 8-3-10 at Harding Road. Owner of building reported that unknown person(s) shattered glass in bottom of door. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich

Robbery occurring on 8-5-10 at Shrewsbury Ave. deli. Employee reported that two black males wearing white bandannas, one carrying a knife entered store and demanded money. The accused knocked the victim to the ground, stole an undisclosed amount of cash. Subjects fled the business. Ptl Ashon Lovick, Sgt. Michael Frazee.

Theft from a vehicle occurring at Chestnut St.-computer lot on 7-24-10. Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed 7 D rings from outside of vehicle which are used in hauling off roadway. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Jordan Anastasio, age 21 female from Long Branch was arrested on 8-5-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Thomas Doremus

John Ridgeway, age 19 male of Fair Haven was arrested on 8-3-10 in the area of Catherine St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. James DePonte.

Roberto Oliveras-Jimenez, age 31 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-2-10 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Gary Watson.

Servando Pinaccio, age 38 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-2-10 in the area of Herbert St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Jose Olivares-Palma, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-1-10 in the area of Linden Place for Disorderly conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Alexander Potts, male age 38 of Red Bank and Mark Potts age 43 male of Whitewright, NJ were arrested on 8-1-10 in the area of Spring St. for Disorderly conduct by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Oscar Rodriguez-Alvarez, age 41 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-1-10 in the area of Broad St. for Hindering Apprehension (false information) and Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Ptl. Ashon Lovick,.

Keith Larkin, male age 21 of Little Silver was arrested on 7-31-10 in the area of E. Newman Springs Road for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams, Poss. of CDS w/I to Dist., Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Purchasing Alcohol for person Underage by Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Patrick Larkin, age 19 male of Little Silver was arrested on 7-31-10 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams, Criminal Simulation, Poss. of CDS w/I to Dist., Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. George Travostino.

Michael Cassarino, age 23 male of Oakhurst was arrested on 7-31-10 in the area of English Plaza for Disorderly by Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Timothy Geltzeiler, age 19 male of Rumson was arrested on 7-31-10 in the area of Monmouth St. for Resisting Arrest by Force, Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. James DePonte

Teddy Schur, age 22 male of Rumson was arrested on 7-30-10 in the area of W. Front St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.
