THREE WOMEN CHARGED WITH PROSTITUTION

The crime reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of May 18 to May 25, 2012. This information is unedited.

Theft occurring at 60 Monmouth Street restaurant on 5-18-12. Victim inadvertently left her I phone on the table in the dining room. She departed and realized that her phone was left, returned and phone was not found. Sgt. Robert Clayton.

Theft and Criminal Mischief occurring at 33 Broad St. on 5-21-12. Report of unknown person(s) cutting padlock off of fenced in area and stole scrap metal. Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Theft occurring on 5-23-12 at 362 Broad St.—Foodtown. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a change purse from shopping cart which contained cash and debit cards. Ptl. John Camarca.

ARRESTS: 10 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Kevin Barry age 37 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-25-12 – in the area of Monmouth St. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Rolando Chimello-Peregrina, age 22 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-24-12 in the area of Marine Park for Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Travis Lane, age 53 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-23-12 in the area of Wharf Ave. for COC by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Three juvenile males all age 16 of Red Bank were arrested on 5-23-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams, Poss. of CDS w/I to Dist., Poss. of CDS w/I 500 ft. of park or Public Housing and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Jorge Torres, Ptl. Garrett Falco and Ptl. James DePonte.

Christine Crawford, age 19 female of Matawan, Emily Knox, age 20 female of Tinton Falls, and Eliseo Santamaria-Luna male age 34 of Red Bank were arrested on 5-22- 12 in the area of Locust Ave. for Engaging in Prostitution by Ptl. David Hicks, Ptl. Ashon Lovick, and Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Eliseo Santamaria-Luna, age 34 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-22-12 in the area of Locust Ave. for COC by Ptl. David Hicks.

James Umana, age 30 male of Shrewsbury was arrested on 5-21-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Sgt. Errico Vescio.

Nicole Fedi-Lane, age 27 female of Middletown was arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of Hubbard Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Brendan Yelle, age 20 male of Tinton Falls was arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of CDS, Crack Cocaine by Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Eugenio Olivera-Perez, age 31 male of Tinton Falls and Gabriel Barrios-Tiro, age 31 male of Red Bank were arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of W. Westside Ave. for Disorderly conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres, and Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

John Reilly, age 39 male of Staten Island, NY was arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Aaron Ciccia, age 37 male of Belford was arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of Carmen Place for DWI by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Ronald Tindal, age 24 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-20-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. Garrett Falco

Justin Ferns age 25 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5 –20-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. James DePonte.

A male juvenile age 17 of Rumson and a female juvenile age 16 of Fair Haven were arrested on 5-19-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Entering Premise under age for Purchasing Alcohol and Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. Thomas Doremus and Ptl. Stan Balmer.

Johnny Wright, age 34 male of Long Branch was arrested on 5-19-12 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Defiant Trespass and COC by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Genaro Escalante-Castillo, age 20 male of Red Bank, Edgar Marcial, age 20 male of Red Bank, Cesar Sosa age 18 male of Red Bank and Omar Tiro-Ocelotl, age 25 male of Red Bank were arrested on 5-19-12 in the area of E. Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana, under 50 grams, Poss. of CDS w/I to Dist. and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Sgt. Robert Clayton and Ptl. James DePonte.

David Rainey, age 41 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-19-12 in the area of Broad St. for Unlawful Poss. of Weapons and COC by Ptl. James DePonte.

Four juvenile male all age 16 from Middletown and Red Bank were arrested on 5-19-12 in the area of N. Bridge Ave. for Poss. of Alcohol Underage, Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. Heather Publyski.

Two male juveniles both age 17 of Fair Haven were arrested on 5-18-12 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. of alcohol Underage, Poss. of CDS Marijuana under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. James DePonte.

Marc Pines, age 38 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-18-12 in the area of Leighton Ave. for COC by Ptl. Jonathan Quispe.

Luchretia Jackson, age 26 male of Keansburg was arrested on 5-18-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl Nicholas Maletto.
