James Rice, age 25, from Creek Road in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on July 27, 2015 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Belmar Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Christopher Gallagher, age 42, from East End Avenue in Belford, NJ, arrested on July 27, 2015 by Detective Keith Hirschbein for Driving While Suspended under a Conviction for Driving While Intoxicated. He was held on $25,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Kevin Kost, age 28, from Magnolia Lane in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Corporal Lawrence Seymour for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $1,000.0 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. [UPDATE, April 29, 2016: This case was dismissed by the municipal court on September 28, 2015.]

Anthony Maturo, age 22, from Middlewood Road in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 30, 2015 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for Obtaining a Prescription by Fraud and Possession of Hypodermic Syringes. He was released pending a court date.

Vincent Toldt, age 35, from Forest Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 29, 2015 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose. He was held on $30,000.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson. [UPDATE, August 27, 2016: All charges in this case were dismissed by Judge Nicole Sonnenblick on November 30, 2015, according to court records.]

Robert Fiore, age 18, from Banfield Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 29, 2015 by Patrolman Thomas Hughes for Hindering Apprehension and False Reports to Law Enforcement. He was released after posting $2,500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

John Balzer, age 27, from Cherry Tree Lane in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 29, 2015 by Detective First Class Daniel Sullivan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keyport Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

Kyle Kmetz, age 29, from 2nd Street in Keyport, NJ, arrested on July 29, 2015 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Shrewsbury Municipal Court. He was released on his own recognizance.

Michael Flannery, age 32, from Clearview Drive in Tinton Falls, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Patrolman Christopher Menendez for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Curtis Jones, age 47, from Roosevelt Avenue in Carteret, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

Kayla Manjorin-Russo, age 22, from Carolina Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines for Shoplifting from the Kohls Store. She was released pending a court date.

Tess Fonesca, age 22, from Cottage Place in Keyport, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Patrolman Scott Davis for Credit Card Theft and Use of a Stolen Credit Card. She was released pending a court date.

Jennifer Palumbo, age 34, from Hudson Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 28, 2015 by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi on a Non-Support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. She was held on $16,671.00 bail.

Ashley Mowery, age 26, from Applegate Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on July 29, 2015 by Lieutenant Michael Kenney on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Bryan Hueston, age 23, from Stern Avenue in West Keansburg, NJ, arrested on July 30, 2015 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Aberdeen Municipal Court. He was held on $195.00 bail.

Waymon Young, age 38, from Knollwood Drive in Middletown, NJ, arrested on July 30, 2015 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Toms River Municipal Court. He was released after posting $150.00 bail.

Kyle Meehan, age 21, from Palmer Street in Belford, NJ, arrested on July 31, 2015 by Patrolman Jason Andrews for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Ryan King, age 30, from Sears Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on August 1, 2015 by Patrolman Scott Davis for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

Carlos Maxime, age 36, from Hancock Street in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on July 31, 2015 by Patrolman Savvas Roumeliotis on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Diana Roth, age 20, from Lorillard Avenue in Union Beach, NJ, arrested on August 2, 2015 by Patrolman Thomas Foster on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown and Keansburg Municipal Courts. She was held on $1,540.00 bail.

Walter Finley, age 25, from Cliffwood Avenue in Cliffwood, NJ, arrested on August 2, 2015 by Patrolman Nicholas Haines on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Borden Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Lynette Scarantino, age 33, from Creek Road in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on August 3, 2015 by Patrolman Michael Pintilie for Criminal Trespass. She was held on $2,500.00 set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Chad Hacker, age 41, from Day Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 3, 2015 by Patrolman Michael Heaton on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Howell Municipal Court. He was released after posting $750.00 bail.

Ray Ortiz, age24, from Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on August 3, 2015 by Patrolman Joshua Midose on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Freehold Municipal Court. He was released after posting $156.00 bail.

On August 3, 2015 Patrolman Kent Thornton arrested a 17 year old male juvenile from Middletown, NJ, for Criminal Mischief. He was released pending a court date.
