Crime Reports

A report of Harassment was reported by a male at police headquarters on 2/25/2016. Reporting party advised he was being harassed through social media by a past client. Ptl. Ralph Latham investigated.

A report of Credit Card Fraud was reported by a male in the area of Staples Plaza on 02/27/2016. Caller reported his credit card was being attempted to use at Staples. Ptl. Joseph Barnicle investigating.

A Robbery was reported by an employee of Spirits Unlimited on 02/27/2016. Caller stated she was physically assaulted by accused as he attempted to leave the business with merchandise. Ptl. Mary Ellen Rumola investigated.

Arrests

 Cody Ely, age 20 of Pampano Beach, FL was arrested 02/25/2016 for Contempt of Court in the area of Broad St. by Ptl. Tracy Polk.

Christian Nietschke, age 21 of Middletown was arrested 02/25/2016 for Possession of CDS in the area of Broad St. by Ptl. Tyler Fox.

Justin Hahn, age 24 of Brick was arrested 02/27/2016 for Contempt of Court in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. by Ptl. Daniel DeCristofaro.

Anatoliy Mitrofanov, age 53 of Brooklyn, NY was arrested 02/27/2016 for Robbery in the area of Spirits Unlimited by Ptl. Mary Ellen Rumola.

Hannah Henderson, age 29 of Long Branch was arrested 2/28/2016 for Contempt of Court in the area of Broad St. by Ptl. Joseph Barnicle.

Matthew Sinopoli, age 23 of Rumson was arrested on 2/29/2016 for DWI in the area of White Rd. by Ptl. Angel Marrero.
