RED BANK CRIME & ARREST REPORTS

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of April 21 to May 5, 2016. This information is unedited.

Theft: Theft of Android Cellular phone. The victim reported that on 4-23-16 the phone was placed in a charging station located in the area of Riverview Plaza. The phone had been taken while left in the charger by an unknown subject.

Theft: Theft of seven radiators that had been located on the victim’s property. The victim reported that on 4-27-16 subject(s) entered the property of the victim located in the area of Locust Ave. and removed the aforementioned radiators valued at approximately $300.00 each.

Theft: Theft from a motor vehicle. The victim states that while her vehicle was parked in the area of West Bergen Pl, a subject entered the vehicle and removed approximately $94.00 cash from her purse that was located on the vehicle seat.

ARRESTS

Alexandria Nicolette Paige Fers, age 21 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-21-16 for Shoplifting and Contempt Of Court in the area of Water St, by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Gary Wilcox, age 35 of Long Branch was arrested on 4-21-16 for Contempt Of Court in the area of Hwy 35, by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

Rachel C. McKibben, age 41 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-22-16 for Contempt Of Court in the area of White St, by Office Darren McConnell.

Casildo Feria-Lopez, age 39 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-23-16 for Contempt of Court in the area of Monmouth St, by Ptl. Milton Gray IV.

Kieran C. Connair. Age 30 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-24-16 for Possession of CDS in the area of Herbert St, by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Maria Ines Lino-Delgado, age 38 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-24-16 for Simple Assault in the area of Monmouth St, by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Sean P. Connair, age 57, of Red Bank was arrested on 4-24-16 for Contempt Of Court in the area of Herbert St, by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Sherry Confino, age 56, of Colonial was arrested on 4-24-16 for DWI in the area of Harding Rd, by Ptl. George Travostino.

Joseph J. Colantuoni, age32 of Highlands was arrested on 4-25-16 for Shoplifting and Possession of CDS in the area of Water St, by Ptl. Garrett Falco Jr.

Mohammed B. Hoosein, age 54 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-25-16 for DWI in the area of Rector Pl, by Officer Michael Baron.

Luchretia Shanik Jackson, age 30 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-26-16 for Disorderly Conduct and Contempt Of Court in the area of Newman Springs Rd, by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Levi Perlberg, age 28 of Lakewood was arrested on 4-26-16 for Contempt Of Court in the area of Maple Ave, by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Jonathan G Valentine, age 21 of Lincroft was arrested on 4-27-16 for Credit Card Theft and Forgery in the area of Monmouth St, by Ptl. James DePonte.

Kieran Thomas Sullivan, age 28 of Brooklyn N.Y. was arrested on 4-27-16 for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the area of Riverside Ave, by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Shawn A. Trapp, age 28 of Red Bank N.J. was arrested on 4-28-16 in the area of Monmouth St. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

[UPDATE, August 13, 2019: These charges against Christopher J. Ruggeri were dismissed by the municipal court on July 14, 2016.] Christopher J. Ruggeri, age 21 of Neptune was arrested on 4-28-16 in the area of Monmouth St, for Credit Card Theft and Forgery in the area of Monmouth St, by Ptl. James DePonte.

Khalil Mansour Abdullah, Age 29 of Eatontown was arrested on 4-29-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave, for Possession of CDS and Simple Assault, by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Havon Thadius Couslar, age 29 of Neptune was arrested on 4-29-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave, for Possession of CDS by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Marcos B. Duarte, age 29 of South Amboy was arrested on 4-29-16 in the area of Peters Pl, for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Gregory A. Wilkins, age 36 of Neptune N.J. was arrested on 4-30-16 in the area of Linden Pl., for DWI by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Jose H Morales-Romero, age 54 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-30-16 in the area of River St, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Justin M. Mayes-Wiggs, age 19 of Neptune was arrested on 4-30-16 for Contempt Of Court in the area of Newman Springs Rd, by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Regina Orlando, age 24 of Staten Island NY was arrested on 5-1-16 in the area of W. Front St, for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jhonattan Quispe.

Colleen V. Smith age 21 of Lakewood was arrested on 5-1-16 in the area of West Front St, for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Vincent C Ruggiero, age 25 of Belford was arrested on 5-2-16 in the area of Bridge Ave, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Brendan M. Knipfing, age 23 of Colts Neck was arrested on 5-2-16 in the area of West Front St, for Contempt Of Court by Officer Michael Baron.

Gregory A. Wilkins, age 36 of Neptune was arrested on 5-2-16 in the area of Linden Pl. for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Benjamin Springer.

Anthony Forgione-Russo, age 18 of Red Bank was arrested on 5-2-16 in the area of Marine Park for Possession of CDS and resisting Arrest, by Officer Michael Baron.

Hector D. Pinto-Garcia, age 20 of Eatontown was arrested on 5-3-16 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Delbert Franklin Gomez, age 38 of Red Bank was arrested on 5-4-16 in the area of St. Mary’s Pl. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.
