RED BANK: CRIMES AND ARRESTS

Crime Reports

Theft: Theft from motor vehicle. On June 7, 2016 the victim reported approximately $15.00 in change missing from inside of her vehicle while it was parked in the area of Riverview Plaza. The vehicle is described as a 2012 Toyota Camry. Ptl. Tanner Shea

Theft: Theft of a wallet. On June 8, 2016, the victim reported frequenting a business located on Maple Ave. while there, a subject(s) removed the victim’s wallet which contained approximately $20.00 in currency and assorted documents. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich

Theft: Between June 13, and June 14, 2016, the victim reported that while sleeping in the area of Monmouth St, a subject removed a folder from him. The folder contained approximately $40.00 in currency and various documents. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Robbery: On June 6, 2016 at approximately 0130 hrs, the victim reported that she was approached by two black males (possibly 20 years of age) on bicycles in the area of Oakland St. The accused subjects removed several items from the victim’s pockets and fled the area. The items taken are described as $60.00 in currency, and assorted documents. Ptl. Tanner Shea.

Criminal Mischief: Criminal Mischief to a motor Vehicle in the area of Bridge Ave. On June 10, 2016, the victim reported that one of three black male subjects threw a rock which struck his vehicle, (Ford F250) while exiting his driveway. The subjects in question fled the area. The damages to the vehicle were estimated to have been approximately $400.00. Ptl. Cevin Albert.

James B. Robinson, age 26 of Red Bank was arrested on June 8, 2016 in the area of N. Bridge Ave, for possession of CDS (Marijuana ) and Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Caitlyn C. Bodtmann, age 22 of Brick was arrested on June 10, 2016 in the area of Newman Springs Rd, for Possession of CDS (Marijuana) DWI, Disorderly person, and Obstruction of the Administration of Law, by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Kyhee R. Durden, age 26 of Cary NC was arrested on June 10, 2016 in the area of Branch Ave, for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Bashon S. Simon, age 42 of Atlantic City was arrested On June 10, 2016 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Alexis Johnson, age 20 of Red Bank was arrested on June 10, 2016 in the area of Maple Ave, for Contempt of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Lucio Varela-Ocotoxtle, age 35 of Red Bank was arrested On June 11, 2016 in the area of Hwy 35, for Defiant Trespassing and Contempt of Court by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Benito Pajaro-Luna, age 28 of Red Bank was arrested On June 12, 2016 in the area of Leighton Ave, for Simple Assault by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Agrippino Casaccio, age 46 of Staten Island NY was arrested On June 12, 2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Obstructing the Administration of Law.

Freddy Cacace, age 45 of Staten Island was arrested on June 12, 2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Disorderly conduct, Possession of CDS(Marijuana) and Possession of Paraphernalia by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Margeaux A. Hruska, age 30 of Asbury Park was arrested on June 12, 2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl Cevin Albert.

Keith H. Brooks, age 34 of Red Bank was arrested on June 13-2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

McCormick D. Williams, age 44 of Red Bank was arrested on June 13, 2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Jeffrey R. Timmons, age 19 of Middletown was arrested on June 13, 2016 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave, for possession of drug Paraphernalia by Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

Thomas R. Womble, age 49 of Oceanport was arrested on June 14, 2016 in the area of Broad St, for theft of Moveable property by Ptl. David Smith.

Darryl E. Edwards, age 18 of Red Bank was arrested on June 14, 2016 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave, for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschlidt.

John C. Ryan, age 27 of Red Bank was arrested on June 14, 2016 in the area of Linden Pl, for Criminal Sexual Contact and resisting arrest by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Shannon N. Chance, age 28, of Oceanport was arrested on June 14, 2016 in the area of Broad St, for Conspiracy to commit a theft by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Cornelius E. Kennedy, age 43, of Red Bank was arrested on June 15, 2016 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Shoplifting, Simple Assault and Contempt of Court by Lt. Robert Kennedy.

McCormick D. Williams, age 44 of Red Bank was arrested on June 15, 2016 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave, for Criminal Mischief ,unlawful possession of a weapon, and Possession of a weapon for unlawful purposes by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Tanya Delaney, age 38 of Red Bank was arrested on June 16, 2016 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Caitlyn M. Walley, age 22 of Asbury Park was arrested on 6-16-16 in the area of E. Front St, for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Dustin P. Palm, age 36 of Red Bank was arrested on 6-16-16 in the area of Monmouth St, for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Cevin Albert.
