FAIR HAVEN: POLICE REPORTS

7/03- Leon J. Mill, Long Branch, 53 was placed under arrest for DWI following a motor vehicle stop. Mr. Mill was also issued summonses for Reckless Driving and Failure to Maintain Lane. Subject was later released pending a Fair Haven Court date of 07/14. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting Officer.

07/04- Hance Road resident reported the theft of a Kayak off his property. Ptl. Eric Patton took the investigation report.

07/07- Jack Haywood, 19, Rumson, was placed under arrest following a motor vehicle stop and charged with the following: Possession of Marijuana under 50 grams, Possession of CDS with intent to distribute and possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Subject was later released after posting 10% of $2,500.00 bail. Subject given a 07/14 court date. Ptl. William Lagrotteria was the arresting Officer.

[During the same stop], driver Joseph E. Seeman Jr., 20, Rumson was issued summonses for Possession of CDS in a motor vehicle, Possession of an open alcohol container in a motor vehicle, Failure to stop or yield, Failure to provide valid registration card.

07/14- Tyler E. Matthews, 25, Lakewood was placed under arrest after an active Warrant was located for his arrest. Subject posted full cash bail before his release. S/O Scott Bigelow was the arresting Officer.

07/17- Spruce Drive resident reported the theft of an IPhone 5s. S/O. Scott Bigelow is the investigating Officer.

07/22- A Lewis Lane resident reported fraudulent charges to a personal checking account. Ptl. John Koetzner is the investigating Officer.

07/23- Jaquan S. Stewart, 22, Freehold was charged with Driving under the influence of CDS during a DWI checkpoint. Subject was processed and released pending a Fair Haven Court appearance. Ptl. Brooks Robinson was the arresting Officer.

07/28- Anne M. Denaria, 55, Bradley Beach was charged with possession of Methadone and driving under the influence of CDS (methadone) following a hit and run accident in Rumson. Subject was processed and transported to Monmouth County Correctional Facility with $5,000.00 bail with no 10%. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting Officer.

07/29- Jeffrey J. Olson, 42, Atlantic Highlands was placed under arrest for an active warrant after he was stopped for a speeding violation. He was also issued a summons for Driving While Suspended. Subject posted full cash bail prior to release. Ptl. Dwayne Reevey was the arresting Officer.
