RED BANK: CRIME AND ARREST REPORTS

The crime and arrest reports below were provided by the Red Bank Police Department for the period of July 6 to July 25, 2014. This information is unedited.

Theft: A cab driver advised that on 7-6-16 while he was driving two passengers, approximately $120.00 in cash was taken from an envelope located in the front seat his vehicle. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Theft: The victim reports that on 7-6-16 he parked his bicycle in the area of Water St. He secured the bicycle to a rack and after returning he observed that it had been stolen by an unknown subject. The bicycle was valued at approximately $300.00. Ptl. David Smith.

Theft: The victim reported that on 7-6-16, his bicycle was taken from the area of West Bergen Pl. The bicycle was unsecured in the rear of a business. The bicycle was valued at approximately $360.00. Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Theft: The victim reported that on or about 7-14-16 a louver was removed from his vehicle (Dodge Challenger) which was parked in the area of West Front St. The vehicle was parked overnight at the location. The louver was valued at approximately $260.00. Sgt. Heather Pubylski.

Theft: The victim reported that between 7-14-16 and 7-16-16 his bicycle was stolen from a fenced in area on Morford Pl. The bicycle was valued at approximately $250.00. Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Theft: From a motor vehicle. On 7-20-16 the victim reported that he parked his vehicle in the area of Leonard St. The victim stated that someone had entered his vehicle and removed a Garmin GPS (valued at $200.00), various tools valued at $100.00 and loose change in the amount of approximately $5.00. Theft: The victim reports that on 7-23-16 someone had entered his garage (located in the area of River Rd.) and removed a garbage bag containing sporting equipment and a children’s bicycle valued approximately $100.00. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Theft. The victim reported that on 7-24-16, someone had entered an unsecured locker, and removed his wallet which contained approximately $20.00. Also taken was a Silver Verizon IPhone valued at $450.00. The incident occurred at a business located on Maple Ave. Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Criminal Mischief: On 7-9-16 the victim reported that a stone statue valued at approximately $3,500.00 had been overturned by an unknown subject. The statue was located on the property of a residence on Prospect Ave. Ptl. Cevin Albert.

ARRESTS

Dean G. Vallis, age 60 of Wall was arrested on 7-6-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt of Court by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Anthony Russo-Forgione, age 18 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Maple Ave for Possession of CDS (Marijuana less than 50 grams) by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Timothy P. Emmott, age 30 of Little Falls was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Broad St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Shawn A. Trapp, age 29 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Bank St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschildt.

Justin M. Mayes-Wiggs, age 19, of Neptune was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Montgomery Terrace for Robbery and Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Stanley Balmer.

Colin Schmetzer, age 26 of Shrewsbury was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Monmouth St for unlawful taking of means of Conveyance by Inv. Paul Perez.

David Aochoa, age 38 of Fair Haven was arrested on 7-7-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Burglary and theft by Inv. Paul Perez.

Jaime Palacios-Rivera, age 37 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-8-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Yvon P. Jusma, age 42, of Piscataway was arrested on 7-8-16 in the area of White St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Cevin Albert.

Yekene Rhynes, age 38 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-10-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Nicholas G. Domanski, age 26 of Florham Park was arrested on 7-10-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Romel V. Lahens, age 20 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 7-11-16 in the area of White St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Jay Douglas Patten, age 36 of Long Branch was arrested on 7-13-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Garrett Falco Jr.

Lamont A. Atkinson, age 30 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-14-16 in the area of Spring St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Garrett Falco Jr.

Hans Prach, age 59, of Long Branch was arrested on 7-15-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschlidt.

Arthur S. Deekin, age 34, of Red Bank was arrested on 7-17-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Sean Hauschlidt.

Daniel Quinn, age 26 of Staten Island NY. Was arrested on 7-17-16 in the area of W. Front St for Disorderly Conduct by Sgt. David Hicks.

John P. Winkler, age 25 of Laurence Harbor was arrested on 7-17-16 in the area of W. Front St for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Vincent J. Zolnoski, age 55, of Bay Head was arrested on 7-18-16 in the area of Hwy 35 for DWI by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

David Earl Farrow, age 63, of Red Bank was arrested on 7-18-16 in the area of Broad St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Douglas Lee Tindal, age 26 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-19-16 in the area of Locust Ave for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Jhonatan Quispe.

Anthony Lee Evans, age 45 of Eatontown was arrested on 7-19-16 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave for Contempt Of Court, by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Iquan Satee Rainey, age 29 of Jackson was arrested on 7-21-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Delkeith K. Birch, age 38 of Red Bank was arrested on 7-23-16 in the area of Monmouth St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Trisha C. Henry, age 35 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 7-23-16 in the area of Newman Springs Rd for Contempt Of Court by Officer Darren McConnell.

Artis D. Edwards, age 54 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 7-24-16 in the area of Sunset Ave for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Shane Dengel.

Kailee A. Heagney, age 23 of Rumson was arrested on 7-25-16 in the area of Spring St for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. David Smith.

Geoffrey Heckelman, age 25 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 7-25-16 in the area of Hubbard Ave for Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Contempt Of Court, by Ptl. Kristin Altimari.

Trisha E. Brown, age 25 of Carteret was arrested on 7-25-16 in the area of Maple Ave for Contempt Of Court by Ptl. Tanner Shea.
