RED BANK: DWI CHARGED AFTER CRASH

An Ocean County woman was charged with drunken driving after an accident in which her car hit two others Thursday night, Red Bank police said. Joyce Jeffers, 39, of Beachwood was heading south on Branch Avenue at 10:48 p.m. when she swerved and struck a car stopped on East Bergen Place, said Captain Darren McConnell.
