After four years of leaving it to amateurs (journalists selling ads? What were we thinking?), redbankgreen is ready to bring a pro onboard to manage the revenue-generating side of its business.
More specifically, we’re in the market for an entrepreneurial, self-starting,
to run our modest but growing book of advertising.
This is a position that entails all aspects of account management, including client relations, sales prospecting, coordination with graphic artists and bill collection.
The ideal candidate for this part-time, all-commission job is a knockout at building and maintaining relationships with retailers, restaurateurs and other advertisers.
• Sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Facility with Excel
• Possession of a car and driver’s license
• An eagerness to identify Internet ad sales opportunities and incorporate the best knowledge about this emerging field into redbankgreen.
Work schedules are negotiable; commitment to the team is not.
