• Carlos Ortiz, age 22, from Montana Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and Patrolman Greg Buhowski of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Edward Morrissey, age 38, from Main Street in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Corporal Thomas Meckier for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Anthony Mairs, age 27, from Skyline Drive in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Patrolman John Mele on a Fugitive warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $10,000.00 bail.

• Zachary Winnerling, age 28, from Huddy Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Sea Bright Municipal Court. He was released after posting $215.00 bail.

• Anthony McDonnell, 22, from Bray Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $15,000.0 bail.

• Anthony Colacino, age 19, from Crystal Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski and Patrolman Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute within 500 Feet of a Public Park. He was held on $10,000.00 bail with a 10% option by Judge James Berube.

• Todd Dyson, age 40, from Wilson Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on October 14, 2012 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Elizabeth Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100.00 bail.

He was released after posting $750.00 bail.

• Craig Ruge, age 31, from Kearney Street in Keyport, NJ, arrested on October 16, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Possession of Heroin and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was held on $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
