call-in-the-authorities• Melissa Grimes, age 39, from Lock Street in Newark, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Corporal Douglas Wiatrak on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Carlos Ortiz, age 22, from Montana Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield and Patrolman Greg Buhowski of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

• Edward Morrissey, age 38, from Main Street in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Corporal Thomas Meckier for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Anthony Mairs, age 27, from Skyline Drive in Hazlet, NJ, arrested on October 9, 2012 by Patrolman John Mele on a Fugitive warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $10,000.00 bail.

• Zachary Winnerling, age 28, from Huddy Avenue in Highlands, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Sea Bright Municipal Court. He was released after posting $215.00 bail.

• Anthony McDonnell, 22, from Bray Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Detective Daniel Sullivan on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $15,000.0 bail.

• Anthony Colacino, age 19, from Crystal Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski and Patrolman Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute within 500 Feet of a Public Park. He was held on $10,000.00 bail with a 10% option by Judge James Berube.

• Omayra Williams, age 27, from South 17st in Newark, NJ, arrested on October 10, 2012 by Detective Adam Finck for Theft. She was released pending a court date.

• Brittany Carr, age 21, from Brainard Avenue in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 11, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Colfer for Harassment. She was released pending a court date.

• Christopher Listo, age 45, from Ridgeview Drive in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on October 11, 2012 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

• Nicholas Galante, age 56, from South Street in Red Bank, NJ, arrested on October 12, 2012 by Patrolman John Mele for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• Keenan Johnson, age 21, from Royal Court in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 12, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Raike on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000.00 bail.

• Michael Cooke, age 23, from Oak Street in Port Monmouth, NJ, arrested on October 12, 2012 by Patrolman Jason Caruso on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Piscataway Municipal Court. He was released after posting $190.00 bail.

• Albert Dimaggio age 52, from Prospect Avenue in Middletown, NJ, arrested on October 13, 2012 by Patrolman James Beirne for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

• Todd Dyson, age 40, from Wilson Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on October 14, 2012 by Patrolman John Soltysik on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Elizabeth Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100.00 bail.

• John Bleibdrey, age 29, from Hosford Avenue in Leonardo, NJ, arrested on October 13, 2012 by Patrolman Albert Scott for Hindering Apprehension and False Reports to Law Enforcement. He was released pending a court date.

• Mamie Duncan, age 22, from Penrose Avenue in Elkins Park, NJ arrested on October 16, 2012 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic City Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500.00 bail.

• Kenneth Scaggs, age 22, from Birchwood Avenue in Keansburg, NJ, arrested on October 15, 2012 by Patrolman Greg Buhowski and Patrolman Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of Heroin, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $750.00 bail.

• [UPDATE: Superior Court Judge Honora O’Brien Kilgallen ordered the following case expunged from official records on May 14, 2019]: Craig Ruge, age 31, from Kearney Street in Keyport, NJ, arrested on October 16, 2012 by Patrolman Richard Fulham for Possession of Heroin and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was held on $5,000.00 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
