On October 6, 2011 at approximately 1:15 am Patrolman Richard Fulham and Sgt. John Werner were on patrol in the area of Wilson Avenue when they stopped a motor vehicle for a violation. The officers approached the vehicle at which point they detected an odor of raw Marijuana coming from inside the car.
The officers conducted an investigation which resulted in the recovery of a plastic baggie containing Marijuana from the center console of the vehicle and the arrest of the driver, identified as Patrick Nolan, age 19, from Dekalb Avenue in Woodbridge, NJ, for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was transported to police headquarters where he was processed and released pending a court date.
