DESCRIPTION:As the holidays approach\, life tends to speed up just when we’re meant to slow down. This season often asks us to rest\, reflect\, and turn inward – but instead\, we find ourselves overextended and overstimulated. This series is your invitation to pause\, breathe\, and realign with the true nature of this season. \nDescription: Think of meditation as nourishment for your mind\, the way food and movement nourish your body. Each week in this series\, we’ll gather together for 60-minute sessions including a guided relaxation\, group discussions and sharing\, and mindfulness techniques/exercises. Any/all levels of experience are welcome. Chairs are provided. \nLocation: The Boathouse Studio (2nd floor)\, 34 Shrewsbury Ave. Red Bank\, NJ 07701\nFree parking in parking lot.
