DESCRIPTION:Red Bank\, January 26\, 2026 – The Red Bank Humanists (RBH) will host our annual Darwin Day Forum featuring a talk by Ron Flannery entitled “What is Life?” on Sunday\, February 8th\, 2026\, from 10:30 AM to noon at the Shrewsbury Historical Society\,\n419 Sycamore Avenue\, Shrewsbury\, NJ 07702. \nThe forum will address the following questions:\n• How did life originally emerge?\n• Can life be simulated in a meaningful way?\n• Why does evolution go from simple to complex?\n• Is life computational? \nThe Red Bank Humanists is a nonprofit organization dedicated to Secular Humanism. The Red Bank Humanists cultivate rational inquiry\, ethical values and human development in Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
