RED BANK: CASTRONOVA GETS ART ALLIANCE WINDOWS
March 2, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
During the month of March, works by Joseph Castronova will be exhibited in the windows of the Art Alliance in Red Bank.
Castronova explores the dynamics of a droplet of water in one of the window pieces. He’s fascinated by the abstract workings of lifeforms’ movement, depth and chance in nature. At the microscopic level the dynamics feel closer to creation; where the line between chemical and biological action are blurred.
In the main gallery space, Castronova will jury works by members on the themes Go Figure and Botanicals.
An artists’ reception will be held Saturday, March 2 from 6 to 8 PM. The public is invited to attend. The exhibition is on view, free of charge, through April 2.
