As part of the Red Bank Public Library’s celebration of its centennial as a public institution, borough resident Anthony Setaro offers a series of thought-provoking lectures that delve into the rich tapestry of Red Bank’s history.

• June 13, 6:30pm: “Threads of History: Sigmund Eisner Company and Red Bank’s Uniform Legacy”

Attendees will learn the compelling narrative of the Sigmund Eisner Company, with a particular focus on its significant role as a uniform factory during both World Wars. Utilizing state-of-the-art 3-D technology, participants will be immersed in the ambiance of 1900 Red Bank, exploring the profound cultural contributions of the Italian community and gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of labor rights during this transformative era.

• November 14, 6:30pm: “Red Bank 1936: A Glimpse into the Past”
