RED BANK: ICEBOATERS HOST OPEN HOUSE
January 1, 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm
The North Shrewsbury Ice Boat & Yacht Club invites the public to an open house.
Come check out the magnificent wind-powered vessels and learn about the history of the club, a mainstay of Red Bank since 1880.
The club also will honor recenlty departed member John Holian, the driving force behind the restoration of the 135-year-old Rocket ice yacht which will be on display in the parking lot, along with a host of other ice boats.
