Red Bank-based Monmouth Day Care Center hosts its inaugural Oktoberfest fundraiser to continue providing families a safe, stable environment that allows caretakers to work while knowing their children are well cared for.
Featuring live music by Frank Crow and entertainment by Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy as well as a silent auction.
