On display at the Oyster Point Hotel: unlikely juxtapositions and scenarios. Vermeer time travels to Coney Island. Larger-than-life animals co-habit space with humans. Annie Lennox has candy canes growing out of her head. Compositions and colors are askew.
The exhibit, “Real/Surreal,” features “realism in the service of surrealism,” with works by Joe Borzotta, Ben Fine, Jill Kerwick and Gary Schwartz.
The show runs through Monday, May 1.
