RED BANK: RECYCLING PAIL DISTRIBUTION

The Red Bank Environmental Commission and public utilities department will be giving out free plastic-film recycling pails to borough residents.
Monthly pickups of plastic film begin November 3 under the voluntary, one-year pilot program.
The pails will also be available at the public works office at 75 Chestnut Street during regular office hours.
