Red Bank’s Parks & Rec hosts a series of Zumba classes for adults at the Senior Center.
Zumba provides fun classes that involve dancing to engaging music and full-body workouts that improve your cardiovascular health. Open to adults of all experience and fitness levels.
The $25 fee includes all classes.
