Red Bank’s Parks & Rec hosts a series of Tai Chi classes for adults at the Senior Center.
The classes offer a graceful form of exercise that combines gentle movements, meditation, and deep breathing for improved balance and flexibility as well as stress relief. Open to adults of all experience and fitness levels.
The $25 fee includes all classes.
