From the Red Bank Police Department desk log for the week of August 29 to September 5. Entries appear here unedited.

Theft occurring on 8-29-08 at West Front St. Victim reported that an Apple I-Phone, black and silver in color was stolen while inside the establishment. Sgt. Daniel Bannon.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 8-23-08 and 8-30-08 at Evergreen Terrace parking lot. Victim reported that unknown person removed all five lug nuts from rear tire causing same to fall off while driving. Ptl. P. Kennedy.

Burglary occurring at Spring St. on 8-31-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) entered house by breaking screen on window and rummaged through contents of bedroom. Nothing reported stolen. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 8-29-08 and 8-31-08 at Monmouth St. Victim reported a two-foot long scratch on hood of vehicle which was done by unknown person(s). Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Theft occurring at Spring St. between 8-30-08 and 9-1-08. Victim reported that wallet was stolen from parked vehicle. Contained credit cards and debit card. Ptl. Robert Gannon.

Criminal Mischief and Theft occurring at Monmouth St. (rear) on 9-2-08. Owner of restaurant reported that shed in rear of business was damaged by unknown person(s) pulling the boards down. Also three parking signs were stolen. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Theft occurring between 8-30-08 and 9-1-08 at Central Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) removed an Alpine Stereo from her vehicle which was parked in the lot. Ptl. James DePonte.

Criminal Mischief
occurring on 9-4-08 at Bridge Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) smashed the rear window of parked vehicle. Ptl. David Hicks.

Theft occurring at Shrewsbury Ave. on 9-4-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole stanchion scaffolding from rear of residence along with other scrap items being stolen within the last few weeks. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Charlie Lee Dixon, male age 51 of Red Bank was arrested on 9-4-08 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Heroin by Ptl. John Camarca.

Vincent J. Guagenti, age 30 male from Wall, NJ was arrested on 8-31-08 in the area of Newman springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. Michael Campanella.

David A. Blish, age 48 male from Monroe, NJ was arrested on 8-31-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. Michael Campanella

Tracy Crawford, age 33 male from Ramsey NJ was arrested on 9-2-08 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for DWI by Ptl. George Travostino.

Christopher Marino, age 26 male from Coventry, RI was arrested on 8-31-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI and Poss. of CDS Marijuana. by Ptl. John Camarca.

Marvin Munoz-Cano, male, age 24 of Long Branch was arrested on 8-31-08 in the area of East Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Clemente Carvente-Perez, age 35 male of Red Bank was arrested on 8-31-08 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Prohibited Weapons by Ptl Dawn Shields.

Kevin Kay, age 54 male from Bay Head was arrested on 8-30-08 in the area of William Street for DWI by Sgt. Richard Mangold.
