WHERE HAVE I SEEN THIS?

Sorry this image doesn’t enlarge, folks. But if you lean in close, you should be able to generally make out the scene it captures — and maybe even identify the location.

If you know it, we’d enjoy hearing from you. Just shoot an email to

Bob Colmorgen, Michael McMahon, Sean Murray, Mark Molzon, J.C. Kelly, Quinn Bowler, Trish DePonti, Matthew Halfacre, Pete DeFazio and medic1876 all recognized last week’s image as the gatehouse at the Alderbrook Townhome Estates condo project on Harding Road in Little Silver.

‘Where’ regular Jenn Woods first wrote to say it was at Alderbrook, but then got back to correct her “mistake,” and said it was the gatehouse at Thornbrooke Drive, opposite the Monmouth County Library in Shrewsbury. Those things do look alike: they must all come from a Gatehouses ‘R Us catalog or something similar.

Remember: Nothing makes a Red Bank friend happier than to hear "I saw you on Red Bank Green!"
