RED BANK: BIDS START ON GALA AUCTIONS

A chance to be in the audience for some of the most popular major network TV shows. Sought-after seats for NFL games. Even an opportunity to host your very own episode of Antiques Roadshow. When the annual benefit gala for the Red Bank-based nonprofit Lunch Break takes place on Friday, October 21, attendees will enjoy the opportunity to bid on a collection of exciting prize packages — and even if you can’t be there in person for the event hosted at an Eatontown residence, you’ll be able to place a bid on any of the offered lots, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Friday.

By going here to register, you’ll be able to use the eBoost app on your smartphone to make donations, preview and bid on items put up for auction, both online and live at the 7 p.m. gala.

Included among the auction items are:

101. A pair of VIP tickets to a taping of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, with round trip limo service between Red Bank area and NYC

102. A special Chef’s table dining experience for 10 people, five courses with wine pairing at Beach Tavern in Monmouth Beach (val. $2,000)

103. Four tickets to see JETS VS. PATRIOTS on November 27, 2016 (rows 23/24 at 40 yard line behind Jets bench) …includes Coach’s Club access, 2 VIP parking passes, food and (non-alcoholic) beverages at bar and lounge (val. $2,880)

104. “Pamper Yourself” package including $500 gift certificate from Coco Pari plus many more products and services (val. $1,700)

105. Visit to a taping of The NFL Today at CBS Broadcast Center, including opportunity for four people to meet and greet with host James Brown and featured analysts

In addition, several other prize packages will be auctioned live at the October 21 event, including a pair of orchestra tickets to a 7 p.m. performance of Hamilton’s America on December 15, 2016 (includes limo service); a 5 day/ 4 night stay at Finca BellaVista, a private treehouse community in the south Pacific coastal region of Costa Rica; and a private dinner for 8 with Chef Tyrone Burr (includes food by Sickles Market of Little Silver, wine by Community Vines, and live entertainment by Brian Kirk).
