Report of Credit Card Fraud at Chase Bank, Broad Street on 8/10/13. Victim reports unknown subject(s) removed cash from owners credit card without consent. Damages totaling $1,000.00. Ptl. Myers investigating.

Report of Criminal Mischief at International Realtor, Broad Street on 8/14/13. Victim reports damage to property by unknown subject(s). Estimated value $500.00. Ptl. Derek Myers investigating.

Report of Robbery in the area of Broad Street on 8/16/13. Victim reports being held and robbed of cash and cell phone by 2 Hispanic males in their mid twenties. Damages totaling $1,100.00. Ptl Derek Myers, Detective James Ramsey and Detective Sergeant Robert Turner investigating.

Adam B. Lynch, male age 18 of Shrewsbury was arrested on 8/9/13 for Underage Possession of Alcohol in the area of Borden Street by Ptl. Jessica Boyd.

Kyle D. Pape, male age 26 of Red Bank was arrested on 8/13/13 for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance and Contempt of Court in the area of Samara Drive by Ptl. Tracy Polk.

Phillip P. Rapisaldo, male age 32 of Red Bank was arrested on 8/12/13 for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance Paraphernalia in the area of Samara Drive by Ptl. Tracy Polk.

Barbara A. Agans, female age 40 of Manville was arrested on 8/13/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Ptl. Frank Neary.

Susan R. Jeffer, female age 34 of Haledon was arrested on 8/13/13 for Shoplifting and Contempt of Court in the area of Spirits Unlimited, Broad Street by Ptl. Ryan Cullinane.

Robert F. Rizzolo, male age 30 of Ocean Twp was arrested on 8/14/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Ptl. Mary Ellen Jennings.

Alvin Ross, male age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 8/14/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Ptl. Tracy Polk.

Joshua Lutz, male age 25 of Linden was arrested on 8/14/13 for Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substance in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Ptl. Tracy Polk.

Jason M. Smith, male age 26 of Newark was arrested on 8/15/13 for Contempt of Court in the area of Sycamore Avenue by Detective James Ramsey.
