ABOUT THAT ‘NO ACCUMULATION’ FORECAST…

Uh-oh: It has a name – ‘Athena’ – and contrary to National Weather Service forecasts earlier Wednesday, she has already dumped more than an inch of slushy snow on the tri-state region.
