RED BANK: TOO WARM FOR SNOW?

rb snow 37 111213rb 37 tempThis weather app below – and other sources suggested that it was too warm for snow. And yet, the first flurries of the 2013-’14 season were falling in Red Bank starting around 7:10 Tuesday morning, after temperatures dropped almost 15 degrees in the preceding two hours.

The Green’s first snowfall of 2012 on Saturday becomes workaday slush Monday, as temperatures climb into the low 50s and rain begins to fall Monday afternoon.
