Going on between 7 to 9 pm on Friday, March 20, the event offers a chance to see the latest in spring fashion and fitness trends, learn more about gardening and custom potting, while sipping premium wines donated by Rumson Wine and Spirits in the midst of a beautiful greenhouse brimming with colorful, fragrant flowers. Attendees can listen and learn from local beauty and health experts (and Sickles Market’s garden specialists) while enjoying tasty selections made by the Sickles kitchen and other fine food purveyors. RED BANK: THE GIRLS HAVE THEIR NIGHT OUT

101614gno29101614gno22Looking for all the world like the trendiest bag ladies you’ve ever seen, more than 200 women signed up for this year’s edition of Girls Night Out, held Thursday and sponsored by Red Bank RiverCenter and Riverview Medical Center. Discounted food and drink at a long list of restaurants, discounts in many stores and goodie bags were just some of the festive attractions. LADIES HIT THE TOWN FOR GIRLS NIGHT OUT

As night fell on a perfectly crisp autumn day, ladies kicked up their heels and headed to downtown Red Bank for RiverCenter’s second, semiannual Girls Night Out Thursday.

As they stopped by theGLAMbar, one of the three check-in points, they were treated to champagne, reusable shopping bags full of gifts and discounts to local businesses, restaurants and bars, along with an entry to win a $100 Red Bank gift card and other prizes.

“We’re always so busy,” said Margaret Mass, director of the Red Bank Visitors Center, alluding to the women gathered nearby. “This is a chance to relax and have some fun.”
