The following are entries in the Red Bank police logs from April 4 through 11. The information is supplied by the police department.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Linden Place on 4-6-08 report of a wooden planter being turned over and laying in the roadway with it’s contents spilled out. Ptl. George Travostino.

Burglary, Theft occurring at East Front St. Office building between the dates of 4-5-08 and 4-6-08. Victim reported that several medical files were stolen from storage area after entry was gained by damaging the door to file room. Ptl. Paul Perez and Det. Joey Fields.

Robbery occurring in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. on 4-9-08 at approx. 2210 hours. The victim was walking home from work when approached by three black male subjects. One of the subjects began punching the victim, then removed victim’s wallet from pocket. All subjects fled on foot. The wallet was said to contain cash. Ptl. Wendy Samis.

ARRESTS 4 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:

A male age 24 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-11-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Wendy Samis.

Two juvenile males, ages 15 and 14 both from Red Bank were arrested on 4-9-08 in the area of Henry Street for Aggravated Assault, Poss. of a Weapon, Poss. of Weapon Unlawful Purpose and Poss. of CDS, Marijuana. Sgt. Eliot Ramos.

Nicholas Fragale, age 25 of Red Bank was arrested on 4-7-08 in the area of Madison Ave. for Aggravated Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Det. Joey Fields.

Joseph A. Ciccone, of Hazlet, a male age 42 was arrested on 4-6-08 in the area of Patterson Ave., Shrewsbury NJ for DWI by Lt. Darren McConnell.

A male age 34 of Flushing, NY was arrested on 4-4-08 in the area of Oakland St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. James DePonte.

A male age 38 of Jackson, NJ was arrested on 4-4-08 in the area of Evergreen Terrace for Defiant Trespass by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

A female age 47 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 4-4-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Harassment by Lt. Darren McConnell.
