Theft occurring between 5-16-08 and 5-23-08 at West Front Street business. Victim reported that several pieces of sterling silver were stolen from case. Ptl. George Travostino.

Theft occurring on 5-24-08 at Shrewsbury Ave. Victim reported that a package delivered by mail was stolen from front porch of residence. Package contained a T-Mobil Blackberry Cell phone. Sgt. Daniel Bannon.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 5-24-08 and 5-25-08 at Monmouth St. Victim reported damaged to his parked vehicle whereby the side view mirror was broken off by unknown person(s). Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

Theft occurring at Oakland St. Restaurant on 5-27-08. Victim reported that during the early morning hours unknown person(s) stole his bread delivery which was dropped off outside of restaurant. Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Locust Ave. on 5-28-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) smashed out the rear driver’s side window in parked vehicle. Ptl. George Travostino.

ARRESTS: 5 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:

Matthew A. Revits, age 29 male of Colts neck and Michael S. Peduto age 29 male from Tinton Falls were both arrested on 5-28-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana Under 50 grams and Poss. of Narcotic Paraphernalia by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Timothy M. Walling, age 20 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-26-08 in the area of Catherine St. for Harassment by Ptl. Jorge Torres

Christopher Walsh, age 28 male from Middletown was arrested on 5-26-08 in the area of Hwy 35 for DWI by Lt. Darren McConnell.

Sabino Pereira-De-Sousa, age 24 male of Long Branch was arrested on 5-25-08 in the area of Wallace S. for DWI by Sgt. Richard Mangold.
