BLOTTER: TEEN SKATEBOARDER ARRESTED

A rundown of crimes entered in the Red Bank police blotter from August 1 to August 8. Items are unedited.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 8-3-08 at Riverside Parking Garage. Victim reported that upon returning to parked vehicle discovered the rear driver side window broken. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief, Simple Assault, Poss. of a Weapon. Incident occurred on 8-3-08 at Peters Place. Victim reported that male subject smashed out driverÂ’s side window of vehicle with a baseball bat while he was sitting in same. Glass shattered and cut the victimÂ’s arm. Sgt. Michael Frazee.

Theft occurring at Broad St. on 8-3-08. Victim reported that she inadvertently left her purse in shopping cart, left the area, returned and money and cell phone were missing from purse. Ptl. James DePonte.

Criminal Mischief occurring between 8-2-08 and 8-3-08 at South St. Victim reported a rear driverÂ’s side door window was broken on parked vehicle. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 8-4-08 at West Front St. Victim reported his wallet missing and contents which consisted of credit card, cash, drivers license, etc. Sgt. Joseph Milko.

Theft reported on 8-6-08 at Riverside Ave.—apartment. Jewelry was stolen from bedroom, that being a gold watch with diamonds and an18 kt. Gold necklace. Ptl. Wendy Samis.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 8-7-08 at Mechanic St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) broke the side view mirror on parked vehicle and bent the windshield wiper. Ptl. Gary Watson.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 8-7-08 at Monmouth St. Train Station parking lot. Victim reported that unknown person(s) keyed vehicle in several locations with a sharp object. Ptl. John Camarca.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 8-8-08 at White Street Parking Lot. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) placed a large scratch on driverÂ’s side of parked vehicle. Ptl. James DePonte.

Havon Couslar, male, age 21 of Neptune was arrested on 8-7-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl Robert Kennedy.

A male juvenile age 14 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-6-08 in the area W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by SLEO Johnson

Antonio Gutierrez-Arroyo, age 30 male from Lakewood and Luisa Santiago female age 40 from Lakewood were arrested on 8-6-08 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Poss. of CDS Cocaine by Ptl. Robert Gannon

Arturo Rojas-Martinez, age 35 male from Red Bank was arrested on 8-6-08 in the area of River St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

A juvenile male age 15 from Shrewsbury was arrested on 8-5-08 in the area of Riverside Gardens Park for Skateboarding by SLEO Charles Bryski

Robert J. Benedickson, age 19 male from Fair Haven, six female juveniles all age 15 from Rumson, Red Bank and Fair Haven and six male juveniles, five of them age 15 and one age 13 from Fair Haven and Rumson were all arrested on 8-4-08 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

William J. McCann, age 23 male from Lincroft was arrested on 8-4-08 in the area of W. Front St. for DWI by Lt. Darren McConnell.

Joseph Collins, age 36 male from Red Bank was arrested on 8-3-08 in the area of Locust Ave. for Criminal Mischief, Simple Assault, Prohibited Weapons by Ptl. Thomas Doremus.

Ian D. Phelon, male, age 21 of Eatontown was arrested on 8-3-08 in the area of White St. for Disorderly by Ptl. Patrick Kennedy.

William M. Koutouzis, male age 23 of Beachwood was arrested on 8-2-08 in the area of White St. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana Under 50 grams and Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Gerardo DeLarosa, age 27 male from Red Bank was arrested on 8-2-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Darlene M. Bono, age 42 female from Port Monmouth was arrested on 8-1-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Harassment by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

A juvenile male age 15 of Red Bank was arrested on 8-1-08 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly by SLEO Adele Johnson.

Maurice Catley, 19 male from Eatontown and Brandon Catley, age 19 male from Tinton Falls were arrested on 8-1-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for Poss. of Alcohol Under the Legal Age. By Inv. Errico Vescio.
