Here’s the latest crime report from the Red Bank Police Department, covering the week of October 31 to November 7. Entries are unedited.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 10-30-08 at Tower Hill Ave. Victim reported that unknown person(s) spray-painted the side of house and parked vehicle. Ptl. Beau Broadley.

Theft occurring on 10-31-08 at Monmouth St. Employee reported that unknown white male stole a Giant’s flag which was hanging on an outside wall of the building and fled. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Graffiti reported on 10-31-08 at Williams St. residence. Victim reported that unknown person(s) spraypainted graffiti on side walk of residence. Ptl. David Smith.

Criminal Mischief occurring at N Bridge Ave. on 11-1-08. Victim reported that unknown person(s) tried to pry open the passenger side door on parked vehicle in lot . Entry unsuccessful. Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft occurring on 11-3-08 at Chestnut St. Victim reported that unknown person(s) stole a Gucci Passport Wallet which contained passport, I.D. and cash. Ptl. Daniel Bannon.

Theft from vehicle occurring while in Red Bank on 11-4-08. Victim reported that a towing service removed her vehicle after an accident and two items were stolen from the trunk of the vehicle. Stolen was an emergency repair kit, and a dent and scratch repair kit. Ptl. Paul Perez.

Shoplifting occurring on 11-6-08 at Broad St. Grocery Store. Female subject placed items in her purse did not pay for same and fled the store. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

James Leidner, age 19 male from Red Bank was arrested on 11-7-08 in the area of Riverside Ave. for Poss. of Alcoholic Beverage Underage by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Joy C. Yang, female age 48 of Holmdel was arrested on 11-6-08 in the area of Broad St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich

Emilio Fernandez, male age 20 of Little Silver was arrested on 11-3-08 in the area of White St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Aaaron Monroe, age 24 male of Neptune was arrested on 11-2-08 in the area of W. Front St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Jacob Lopez-Lopez, age 36 male of Red Bank was arrested on 11-2-08 in the area of Reckless Place by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Michael J. Stratton, age 21 male of Leonardo was arrested on 11-1-08 in the area of Mechanic Street for DWI and Assault by Auto by Ptl. John Camarca.

Timothy O’Hare, male, age 24 of Middletown was arrested on 10-31-08 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.
