Meantime, 16-year-old Ivan the carriage horse made his annual return to town, maintaining a rather more plodding beat.
He’ll be available for free rides from outside Murphy Style Grill from 1 to 5p every for the next two Saturdays; another carriage will be available opposite the Galleria on Bridge Avenue at the same time.
