CRIME LOG INCLUDES STOLEN SHOTGUNS

Entries from the Red Bank Police Department desk blotter for the week of December 12 to December 19. This report is unedited by redbankgreen.

Theft of Services occurring at Monmouth St. restaurant on 12-13-08. Employee reported that male subject left without paying the bill for food ordered. Ptl. John Camarca.

Theft reported on 12-14-08 at S. Pearl St. residence. Owner reported that unknown subject(s) stole two shotguns from residence. Last time the shotguns were seen was approximately two weeks prior to the report. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief reported on 12-17-08 at Monmouth St. Report of two parked vehicles that were scratched by unknown person(s) causing damage to the paint. Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Wallace Street on 12-18-08. Victim reported that driverÂ’s side mirror was torn off by unknown person(s). Ptl. Gary Watson.

Theft occurring on 12-18-08 at W. Front St.—Antique Center. Victim reported that male subject asked to see a ring described as a 22 kt. gold Edward VII coin ring which was in a locked glass case. After studying ring for a few minutes, subject placed ring back into case and it was locked by the victim. Later the victim discovered that the expensive ring had been stolen and replaced with an inexpensive ring. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on Maple Ave. on 12-18-08. Victim reported that unknown subject(s) stole his Schwinn Beach Cruiser Bicycle, color blue and white from outside the front of the store. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 12-18-08 at 1840 hours in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. Victim reported that while walking an unidentified male ran up behind her and snatched her pocketbook fleeing the area. Lt. Eliot Ramos.

OTHER ARRESTS: Nicole Lamberty, age 27 female from Lakewood, NJ was arrested on 12-19-08 in the area of Riverside Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Sergio Lino, age 30 male from Red Bank was arrested on 12-18-08 in the area of Tilton Ave. for Hindering Apprehension by Ptl. John Camarca.

William R. Kiely, male, age 21 of Little Silver was arrested on 12-18-08 in the area of Broad St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. John Camarca.

Julian Limon-Varela, age 20 male from Red Bank was arrested on 12-17-08 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Fugitive From Justice by Ptl. Robert Campanella.

Michael Durazzo, age 32 male from Brick was arrested on 12-14-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Michael Alencewicz, age 50 male from Milford was arrested on 12-14-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Mark Riccardi, age 51 male from South Plainfield was arrested on 12-14-08 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Jose Tecalero-Varela, age 41 male from Red Bank was arrested on 12-14-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. John Camarca.

Zackary Guiser, male age 19 of Tinton Falls was arrested on 12-14-08 in the area of Newman Springs Rd. for DWI by Ptl. George Travostino.

Rudolph Howard, male age 57 of Red Bank was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Simple Assault by Ptl. Nicholas Maletto.

Anthony E. Cossentino, age 21 male from Hazlet was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Theft of Services and Resisting Arrest.

Joaquin Gordova, age 32 male from Red Bank was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Monmouth St. for Poss. of CDS Marijuana Under 50 grams by Ptl. John Camarca.

Naomi Waterman, age 19 female from Perth Amboy was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Spring St. for Engaging in Prostitution by Sgt. Robert Gannon.

Jerald Latacz, age 21 male from Sea Bright was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Broad St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr. [CHARGE DISMISSED BY THE COURT FEB. 19, 2009]

Daniel Dubrow, age 22 male from Oceanport was arrested on 12-13-08 in the area of Broad St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. Mathew Ehrenreich.
