Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-7-09 at Monmouth St Report by owner that unknown person(s) spray painted the side of the business.

Theft occurring on 2-7-09 at English Plaza. Victim reported that the roof top sign on vehicle reading “Dominos” was stolen by unknown subject(s). Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Theft occurring on 2-9-09 at Broad St. Victim reported that Apple I-Phone was stolen from parked vehicle along with other items. Ptl. Jorge Torres.

Report of theft on 2-9-09 occurring on Monmouth St. Owner reported that over the past two months unknown subject(s) have stolen 5 empty kegs which were stored outside in rear of building. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-9-09 at White St. Owner of business reported graffiti spray painted on exterior wall of business. Ptl. David Hicks

Theft occurring at N. Bridge Ave. on 2-9-09. Owner reported that unknown person(s) stole a piece of copper drain spout from building. Lt. Richard Mangold.

Shoplifting occurring on 2-10-09 at Water St. Manager reported that subject shoplifted two boxes of cigars and one MP3 Player and left store without paying for same. Tyrone Roy was arrested and charged. Ptl. George Travostino.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 2-10-09 at River Street. Owner of vehicle reported that unknown person(s) slashed tire on parked vehicle. Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Criminal Mischief occurring in the area of East Bergen between 2-10-09 and 2-11-09. Victim reported that unknown person(s) damaged the driverÂ’s side mirror on parked vehicle. Ptl. Robert Campanella.

ARRESTS:

Kelly Hillier, age 29 female from Red Bank was arrested on 2-13-09 in the area of McLaren St. for DWI by Ptl. Ashon Lovick.

Steven Hodge, age 21 male from Freehold was arrested on 2-13-09 in the area of W. Front St. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Darren Leach, male age 18 from Clifton, NJ was arrested on 2-13-09 in the area of W. Front St. for Poss. and consumption of Alcohol Underage by Ptl. Paul Perez.

[Update: This case was ordered expunged by Judge Honora O’Brien Kilgallen on June 6, 2019.] Rebecca Cirillo, age 32 female from Atlantic Highlands was arrested on 2-11-09 in the area of Monmouth St. for Theft by Deception by Det. Robert Clayton.

Tyrone Roy, male age 46 from Red Bank was arrested on 2-10-09 in the area of Water St. for Shoplifting by Ptl. George Travostino.

Armando Cudualo-Salazar, age 40 male from Red Bank was arrested on 2-11-09 in the area of River St. for Obstructing Administration of Law by Ptl. Heather Pubylski.

Teri Fletcher, age 22 female from Neptune was arrested on 2-9-09 in the area of Riverview Plaza for Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Jorge Torres

Neri Martinez-Corona, age 25 male from Lakewood was arrested on 2-9-09 in the area of Monmouth St. for Simple Assault by Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Alberto Tula-Tepo, age 23 male from Red Bank was arrested on 2-8-09 in the area of Oakland St. for Simple Assault by Ptl. David Hicks.

Matthew J. Andras, age 38 male from Eatontown was arrested on 2-7-09 in the area of Broad St. for DWI by Capt. Darren McConnell.

Two Juveniles ages 16 and 15 male from Neptune and Keyport were arrested on 2-7-09 in the area of Mohawk Lane for Theft of Services and Resisting Arrest by Ptl. James DePonte.

Florentino Morales-Arce, male age 29 from Red Bank was arrested on 2-6-09 in the area of Shrewsbury Ave. for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich
