If you’re looking to feed your creative hunger, there’s no need to look away from the computer screen.
There you’ll find Red Bank Creative, a newly formed group that calls the Internet its home base, but will hold monthly meetings to provide an opportunity to meet, share, collaborate and/or, as the dozen or so who showed up to Wednesday night’s first gathering, sip tea.
The group chose Red Bank’s West Side creativity den NovelTeas to explore its first topic, ‘Web Creative,’ which focused on web design and development, founder Kevin Fricovsky said.
In a blurb found on the group’s web page, Fricovsky explains Red Bank Creative this way:
Red Bank Creative is a monthly gathering of creative types to meet, share, learn, and collaborate. You should join us.
Inspired by NYC Open Coffee and Creative Mornings, our goal is to create an environment for professionals, students, and hobbyists interested in any creative field to discuss      processes, practices, techniques, business experiences, industry climate, etc.
Meeting times and locations vary. Meantime, you can get your creative juices flowing via the group’s web page or Twitter account.
