After a string of hot and humid days, temperatures will moderate today and Friday, with the possibility of showers both days, according to the National Weather Service.

Saturday looks to be sunny and warm, but Sunday appears spotty.

Here’s the forecast:

Today: A chance of showers, mainly after 8am. Cloudy, with a high near 82. East wind between 9 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tonight: A chance of showers. Cloudy, with a low around 67. East wind between 9 and 11 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Friday: A chance of showers, mainly before 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. East wind between 11 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. East wind between 7 and 10 mph.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 81. East wind between 9 and 11 mph.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 67.

Sunday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 83. Chance of precipitation is 30%.
