Criminal Mischief occurring on Bank Street on 9-16-10. Victim reported that unknown subject broke glass window in residence. Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Lost cell phone occurring on 9-19-10 at Maple Ave. Victim reported placing his cell phone described as a grey Samsung Reality phone down and upon returning discovered it was missing. Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Criminal Mischief occurring on 9-20-10 at Rector Place. Victim reported scratches on the paint of parked motor vehicle in the area of the trunk. Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich.

Criminal Mischief reported on 9-20-10 in the area of West Front St.-Library. Victim reported that within the last two weeks unknown person(s) tore the fencing at the northeast end of the building. Ptl. Dawn Shields.

Criminal Mischief occurring at Marine Park between 9-15-10 and 9-23-10. Victim reported that the Red Bank Fire Dept. boat that was parked in a slip at Marine Park had been burglarized and damaged by unknown person(s). Damage described as the hatch to cabin and the deck top hatch both had been pried open and broken. Ptl. James DePonte.

Theft occurring on 9-23-10 at W. Front Street. Report of stop sign being stolen by unknown person(s). Ptl. James DePonte.

ARRESTS: 6 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Marcus Rice, age 27 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-23-10 in the area of S. Pearl St. for Obstructing the Administration of Law by Lt. Joshua Berbrick.

Gabriel Ramos, age 66 male of Eatontown was arrested on 9-21-10 in the area of Bridge Ave. for Theft and Defiant Trespassing by Sgt. Robert Kennedy.

Julio Leon-Segundo, age 23 male, Hilberto Cruz-Hernandez, age 26 male, Julio Barrios, age 22 male and Alejandro Castro-Luna, age 24 male all from Red Bank were arrested on 9-20-10 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Paul Perez, Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreick, Ptl. Michael Campanella.

Jayson Turegano, age 21 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-19-10 in the area of English Plaza for DWI by Ptl. George Travastino.

Rolando Masferrer, age 19 male of Red Bank was arrested on 9-19-10 in the area of Leighton Ave. for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana under 50 grams by Ptl. James DePonte.

Scott Clayton, age 19 male of W. Long Branch was arrested on 9-18-10 in the area of Broad St. for DWI and Underage DWI by Ptl. Matthew Ehrenreich
