FAIR HAVEN: SECOND TERM FOR HALFACRE

Mike Halfacre, who had previously vowed not to run for re-election but changed his mind after coming up short in his bid for the GOP nomination in the 12th congressional district, will get a second term as Fair Haven’s mayor.

Halfacre ran unopposed, as did GOP borough council candidates Jon Peters, an incumbent, and Rowland Wilhelm, who was put onto the ballot in September following the suicide of councilman John Lehnert.

Here are the numbers, as per the Monmouth County Clerk, as of 9:45p:
