Red Bank-area commuters awoke to a mix of snow, rain and black ice Tuesday morning.
By mid-morning, temperatures were expected to rise above freezing, setting the stage for a day of rain, according to a Weather Channel forecast.
The National Weather Service says the rain will last through 4p, dropping up to an inch of H2O.
