Unseasonably warm temperatures and rain are expected in the Red Bank area Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Here’s the forecast:

Today: Showers, mainly after 2pm. High near 65. Southeast wind between 8 and 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

Tonight: Showers, mainly before midnight. Low around 48. South wind between 9 and 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.

Wednesday: Partly sunny, with a high near 54. Southwest wind between 14 and 16 mph.

Wednesday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 36. West wind around 14 mph.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 50. North wind between 9 and 13 mph.

Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 36.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 34.

Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 46.

Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 38.

Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.
