Red Bank police and a NJ Transit dog were on the scene as as authorities investigated a report of a bomb left in the underground parking garage of Merrill Lynch on Broad Street around 10:30 a.m. Friday. [UPDATE 12:46 p.m.: Police cleared the garage after inspection and were checking the offices as a precaution, says Captain Darren McConnell.
