Criminal Mischief occurring on 5-14-12 at 121 W. Bergen Place. Report of several shrubs in front of business had been pulled out and thrown into roadway by unknown person(s). Ptl. George Travostino.

Theft occurring at 136 Montgomery Terrace between May 15, 2012 and May 16, 2012. Victim reported that cash and a diamond engagement ring were stolen from his glove compartment in parked vehicle. Ptl. Stan Balmer

Theft occurring at 2 Broad Street clothing store on 5-17-12. Unknown person(s) shoplifted several items of clothing. Ptl. David Hicks.

ARRESTS: 3 Contempt of Court

OTHER ARRESTS:
Charles Johnson, age 23 male of Red Bank, David Hutchinson, age 25 male of Red Bank, Kareem Smith age 23 male of Red Bank, Charles Wilson, age 25 male of Red Bank and Chantal Harrington, age 21 female of Red Bank were all arrested on 5-16-12 at approximately 2022 hrs. in the area of Spring Street, apartment complex for Poss. of CDS, Marijuana Under 50 grams, Poss. of Drug Paraphernalia, Poss. of CDS, Cocaine, Manuf/Dist. of CDS or Intent to Dist. CDS, CDS on or near School Property, Resisting Arrest, Unlawful Poss. of a Handgun, Poss. of a Weapon w/CDS by Sgt. Robert Clayton, Ptl. James DePonte, Ptl. Jorge Torres, Ptl. Michael Zadlock and Ptl. Garrett Falco.

Justin Whitley, age 26 male of Asbury Park was arrested on 5-15-12 in the area of S. Bridge Ave. for COC [Contempt of Court] by Ptl. Michael Zadlock.

Jose Hernandez-Briones, age 45 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-14-12 in the area of River St, for COC, Terrortistic Threats, Simple Assault and Unlawful Poss. of Weapon by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Cesar Vidal, age 40 male of Red Bank was arrested on 5-14-12 in the area of S. Bridge Ave. for Obstructing Administration of Law, Resisting Arrest and Simple Assault by Ptl. Paul Perez.

Charles Carroll, age 43 male of Toms River was arrested on 5-13-12 in the area of Monmouth St. for COC by Ptl. Paul Perez.

A male juvenile age 16 from Red Bank was arrested on 5-11-12 in the area of W. Bergen Place for Disorderly Conduct by Ptl. Gary Watson, Jr.

Tiffany Lussier, age 44 female of Red Bank was arrested on 5-11-12 in the area of Riverside Ave. for DWI by Ptl. James DePonte.
