DOLPHINS: FAVORITE SPOT IN NAVESINK?

Pat McFadden of Little Silver grabbed this shot of dolphins visiting our beautiful Navesink River while he was out kayaking Thursday.

Since first being spotted almost two weeks ago, the pod of four to six animals has been reported as far upriver as Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, but seems to prefer this spot west of the Oceanic Bridge between Middletown and Rumson. At least, that’s where most sighting reports to redbankgreen have been from.

If you have dolphin pix or sightings to report, please send them here. (Photo by Pat McFadden. Click to enlarge)
