-Cpl. Waltz and Ptl. Reevey arrested Francis Luby, 19, Rumson, and charged him with Disorderly Conduct. Mr. Luby was released pending a court date.

7/5/12

-Ptl. Patton took a Harassment report from a Fair Haven Rd. resident who reported receiving threatening text messages on her cell phone.

7/6/12

-S.O. Albert arrested Darryl Canfield, 26, Tinton Falls for being in Contempt of Court. Mr. Canfield was released on bail.

7/7/12

-S.O. Murray took a Criminal Mischief report from a Buttonwood Dr. resident who reported that unknown actor(s) threw a bench into McCarterÂ’s Pond.

7/9/12

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Michael Peduto, 33, Tinton Falls, and charged him with Possession of Less than 50g of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Mr. Peduto was released pending a court date.

-Ptl. Reevey arrested Luke Vinci, 19, Rumson, for being in Contempt of Court. Mr. Vinci was released on bail.

-Cpl. Jarvis took a report of a Bad Check being issued to a River Rd. business.

-Ptl. Hostrup took a Criminal Mischief report from a Church St. resident reporting that sometime overnight, unknown actor(s) damaged a side mirror on his vehicle.

7/17/12

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Andrea Ray, 37, Holmdel and charged her with DWI, Possession of CDS (Prescription Medication), Drug Paraphernalia and various other Motor Vehicle complaints. Ms. Ray was released pending a court date.

7/18/12

-Cpl. Waltz arrested Keri-Ann Levio, 38, Highlands, for being in Contempt of Court. Ms. Levio was released on bail.

-S.O. Stenger arrested Sean Dickey, 40, Middletown, for being in Contempt of Court. Mr. Dickey was released on bail.

-Ptl. Lagrotteria took a Theft report from a Hillcrest Rd. resident reporting that two bicycles were taken from her property

-Ptl. Lagrotteria took a Vandalism report from a Second St. resident reporting that a side view mirror was broken on his vehicle.

-Ptl. Reevey took a report of Criminal Mischief at the FH Youth Center where graffiti was discovered on playground equipment.

-Cpl. Waltz and S.O. Stenger took a Theft report from a Red Bank Yellow Cab employee reporting that subject fled after being driven to a Grange Ave. home.

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested a 16 y/o Fair Haven juvenile for being in Possession of Alcohol Underage. The juvenile was released to his parents.

-Ptl. Hostrup took a report of a Hit and Run Motor Vehicle Accident from a River Rd. resident.

-Ptl. Reevey took a Trespassing and Criminal Mischief report from a Heights Terrace resident reporting that a subject cut trees down on her property.

-Ptl. Reevey took a report of Attempted Fraud from a Maple Ave. resident reporting that a subject was attempting to gain money from him and stating that he won money.

-Ptl. Reevey took a Criminal Mischief report from a Brookside Ave. resident reporting that unknown subject(s) broke the window to one of their vehicles.

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Whitney McDonough, 32, Fair Haven, and charged her with DWI. Mrs. McDonough was released pending a court date.

-Ptl. Lagrotteria took an Identity Theft report from a Lincoln Ave. resident.

7/29/12

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Kasey Acker, 21, Fair Haven, and charged her with Possession of Under 50g of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. Ms. Acker was released pending a court date.

-Ptl. Hostrup arrested Lamar Hutchinson, 19, Red Bank, for being in Contempt of Court. Mr. Hutchinson was released on bail.
