Taking a chance with the law, John Yarusi from Monmouth Beach rolled his Johnny’s Pork Roll onto Wallace Street in Red Bank Monday morning. If you’re looking for a hot pork roll sandwich from a truck, better jump before the cops arrive, because food trucks are not permitted in town. Yarusi says he’ll remain until he’s chased away.
