Brine tracks laid down Tuesday in Red Bank’s Marine Park in preparation for a possible big storm turned out to be an unneeded precaution. The storm blew past most of New Jersey early Wednesday en route to eastern Canada, where residents were bracing for the biggest blizzard in a decade.
